How it works
Everything happens via our coaching app and direct messaging. You receive a fully custom training and nutrition programme, check in weekly via video or form, send training videos for form review, and message your coach directly throughout the week. It's closer to having a personal trainer on call than a generic programme.
You'll have training sessions to complete (3–5 per week depending on your programme), log your nutrition in the app, and complete a weekly check-in (typically a short form plus progress photos). Your coach reviews everything, adjusts as needed, and messages you feedback. You can message anytime between check-ins.
Programmes are built around your schedule. Most clients train 3–5 sessions per week, each 45–75 minutes. For the Executive Programme we design around as little as 3 x 45-minute sessions. Weekly check-ins take about 10 minutes. Outside of training, nutrition tracking takes 5–10 minutes per day once you're in the habit.
We use a premium coaching app that handles training programmes, nutrition logging, progress tracking, photo uploads, and messaging all in one place. Full onboarding is included. Most clients feel comfortable within the first week — it's intuitive and well-designed.

Results & expectations
Most clients see visible changes within 4–6 weeks and significant transformation by week 12. For fat loss, realistic progress is 0.5–1% of body weight per week. Muscle gain varies by experience and genetics. We set realistic, measurable targets during your initial call and track precisely throughout.

Almost always, yes. The reason most attempts fail isn't willpower — it's the wrong programme, the wrong approach, or no accountability. We address all three. The combination of a truly personalised plan and genuine coach accountability produces results that generic programmes never can.

Pricing & payments
Programmes start from £175/month (Nutrition Coaching) up to £750/month (VIP Concierge). The most popular 1-to-1 Transformation starts at £350/month. We're transparent about pricing from day one — no hidden fees. Payment plans are available.
Yes. All programmes operate on monthly rolling contracts with 30 days' written notice. We don't lock anyone in — results are the only thing that should keep you here. If you're not progressing, we'll work to understand why before you even consider leaving.
We recommend a minimum of 3 months to see meaningful results, but there's no contractual minimum. Most clients stay for 6–12 months because they're seeing results and don't want to stop. We'll always tell you honestly when we think you've reached maintenance stage.

Logistics & setup
Ideally yes, but not always essential. We design programmes for commercial gyms, home gyms, and hybrid setups. If you travel frequently, we build travel-friendly programme variants. A minimum of adjustable dumbbells or resistance bands is recommended for home training.
In most cases, yes. We work around injuries regularly and programme conservatively when needed. We always recommend consulting your GP or physiotherapist for any existing conditions. Please disclose all health information in your application so we can assess suitability.
Absolutely. We coach clients globally. All coaching is delivered remotely via our app and messaging, so location is irrelevant. We work across multiple time zones and our app works worldwide.
Online coaching vs. regular PT
A gym PT sees you 1–3 hours per week. Online coaching means your coach is with you every single day — seeing your food, your training, your sleep, your stress. The accountability and precision is on a completely different level. And in most cases it costs significantly less per month.
A static programme can't adapt when life gets in the way, when you plateau, when your sleep is bad, or when you're stressed. Real coaching is dynamic — we adjust based on how your body is responding in real time. The personalisation and direct accountability are what produce the results.
